Induction tooth hardening for coils of band saw blades.Description
Induction tooth hardening and hot straightening of bandsaw blades 6 - 38 mm, tooth pitch 0.5-14 tpi. The system includes hardening and straightening generators. The inductor can be customized and is adjustable in height and width. A liquid quench system, a band feeder consisting of two units, one acting as a feeder, the other as an adjustable brake to control the band tension.
